Last month, the Vivo V9 ventured into the smartphone market. The Vivo V9 is an upper mid-range Android device from the manufacturers. Also, this device is a continuation of the V series from the manufacturers.
Vivo V9 has an OS borrowed mostly from Apple’s iOS interface with the default theme on the phone having icons closely identical to the iPhone. Meanwile, the phone’s settings is accessed by swiping up from below, unlike most Android smartphones where you swipe down from the top.

Vivo V9 sports an aluminium design with a glass material on its front.

The device also has a 6.3-inch IPS Capacitive Touch-screen, with 16M colours. With a resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels, it has an 19:9 aspect ratio (~400 ppi density).
This smartphone has Multitouch features, with vivo’s Funtouch UI. In addition, there’s a Fingerprint sensor located at the back of the phone. Also, it comes in three colour variants: Gold, Black, and Sapphire Blue

The Vivo V9 Android smartphone comes with Android 8.0 (oreo) operating system.
Vivo V9 is powered by a Qualcomm MSM8953-Pro Snapdragon 626 chipset with a 64-bit processor. It also comes with a Quad-core processor configured at Octa-core 2.2 GHz.
Furthermore, it uses an Adreno 506 GPU for graphics handling.
This device offers 4Gb of RAM and 64Gb of inbuilt memory. Which can be expanded to 256Gb via a microSD card.
Other sensors on this device are Fingerprint (rear-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass sensors.
Camera and Battery
Vivo V9 features a Dual: 16 MP + 5 MP, f/2.0, camera. With phase detection autofocus, and LED flash.
Upfront, there’s a 24 MP, f/2.0, 1080p camera. This camera takes crisp selfies that’ll make you happy, even in lowlight.
As for battery life, there’s a Non-removable Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery.
