The Samsung Galaxy M13 is the company’s most incredible smartphone officially announced on May 27 2022. The handset has been launched with MediaTek’s mid-range chipset, which comes with a built-in 5G modem that supports multiple bands. The puzzle is does the Samsung Galaxy M13 deserve a purchase or is there more to this device than meets the eye? What makes it incredible? Lets dive into the review.
Samsung Galaxy M13 Price and Accessibility Review
The Samsung Galaxy M13 is the company’s most affordable 5G smartphone. The prices may change with time from country to country, as market forces and economic policies influence product price movements.
Although the M13 predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy M12, was a decent budget smartphone, it offered too little performance and had a low-resolution screen. The Samsung Galaxy M13 offers a good screen and reliable performance. As a result, the smartphone phone purposes an affordable [rice which won’t bankrupt your pocket.
The Samsung Galaxy M13 is priced at $180. It comes with 64 GB and 128 GB memory. Amazon and other retailers are known to sell the phone, making it accessible to its consumers.
Owning a Samsung Galaxy M13 with its amazing features is worth the consideration.

Samsung Galaxy M13 Design Review
Interestingly, the handset doesn’t feature an enormous camera module or a glass back as I imagined i don’t know about you.
Instead, the device is enwrapped in a plastic unibody, the phone feels quite sturdy in the hand, and the device’s rounded corners help with the grip too.
The Galaxy M13 still shares some design elements with its predecessor the Samsung Galaxy M12. For example, the rear still has a subtle wavy pattern but drops the vertical lines.
The device is well-built and features soft transitions between materials. A notable thing about the design is that pressure can hardly get through to the screen.
Samsung Galaxy M13 Camera Review
The Samsung Galaxy M13 possess triple camera, it features a 50MP main camera, a 5MP wide-angle camera and a 2MP macro camera. The main camera uses the Samsung Isocell JN1 sensor.
The rare camera has an autofocus which proves to be one of the biggest problems of the device when video recording due to it’s sluggishness.
The phone can record videos at up to 1080p and 30 fps. However, only digital zoom is available when taking videos.
The 8 MP, f/2.2, (wide) front camera tends to take good pictures under a well lightning condition but can’t say same in darker places.
Samsung Galaxy M13 Performance, Battery Life and Charging Review
The Samsung Galaxy M13 is powered by Exynos 850 (8nm), the SoC in the Galaxy M13 is clearly too slow when compared with the Snapdragon 680 in the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11.
You get to enjoy the Samsung Galaxy M13’s music when you use a pair of headphones or external speakers when listening to music on the Samsung Galaxy M13 rather than listening directly from the speaker. The speaker sounds quite thin and is unable to cope with more powerful sections of a music track, the speaker isn’t loud either when the volume is turned all the way up.
The Samsung company didn’t give the luxury of a charger with this budget phone. With a maximum charging speed of 15 watts, the phone will take up to 2 hours to fully charge its large 5,000 mAh battery.
However when fully charged it takes up to 15 hours of constant usage for the battery to exhausts. Consequently when not in constant use the phone could last up to 3-4 days before it exhausts.
Samsung Galaxy Software and Special Feature Review
The Samsung Galaxy M13 compared with the M12, has been upgraded to Wi-Fi 5. In terms of mobile network coverage, the phone supports up to LTE but not too many frequencies; this entails that you won’t be able to use mobile Internet while abroad.
The touchscreen is quite precise to use. The fingerprint sensor is built into the standby button on the right side of the phone. It is very sensitive and reacts appropriately only to a finger that has been registered and unlocks the phone in a flash.
The Samsung Galaxy M13 also features facial recognition to unlock the phone.
However, if you are looking for a 5G device at a budget price with a decent battery life and impeccable performance the Samsung Galaxy M13 should be your next stop.
