The Infinix Note 6 smartphone launched in July 2019 and came in Midnight Black and Mocha Brown and Aqua Blue colors.
The Smartphone key spotlights are its X Pen stylus support, Android Pie operating system, its Helio P35 SoC, and a 4,000mAh battery. The Infinix Note 6 is the successor of the Note 5 launched last year. Late last year (2018), Infinix made another Infinix Note 5 Stylus smartphone to introduce X Pen support. However, this time around the company has introduced the X Pen stylus feature on the Infinix Note 6 phone itself. It’s a good upgrade over its predecessor with a better processor, camera, and more.
Display and Design
The phone comes with a 6-inch AMOLED touchscreen display with a 1080×2160 pixels resolution. The back of the phone is made of plastic and an aluminum frame.
The smartphone has a traditional bezel at the top and bottom part of the display. The top bezel holds the front-facing camera and a front-facing flashlight for the camera.
The back houses a triple cameras setup, a dual flashlight, and the fingerprint sensor. On the right side of the phone is the volume rockers and the textured yellow colored power button, on the left side is the dual-SIM card and MicroSD card tray, and on the bottom is the USB 2.0, the speaker grill, the primary microphone, and a stylus slot to hold the stylus.
Hardware and Performance
Powering the device is a 2.3GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM, and packs 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded via microSD card up to 128GB).
The Infinix Note 6 runs XOS 5.0 based on Android 9 Pie. The smartphone supports proprietary fast charging. The Infinix Note 6 is a dual-SIM smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards.
A non-removable Li-Po 4000mAh battery powers the Infinix Note 6. It is praised to last up to 3-days of usage
Camera
The Infinix Note 6 packs a triple camera setup at the back, which includes a 16MP primary camera, a second 8MP ultrawide camera, and a third 2MP depth sensor camera. Features include Google Lens, AR Emoji, AR Sticker, Advanced Portrait, and more. It has a 16MP front-facing selfie camera. Front camera features include 3D Face Beauty, AI Beauty, AR Emoji, Advanced AI Cam, and more
