What is Byte?
The Byte app is an all-new social media platform, launched January 24, 2020, by Dom Hofmann that’s been gaining lots of weight and has been adopted by a large sum of creators worldwide.
The app can be labeled as Vine 2.0 due to the fact that it’s a predecessor of the Vine app. But unlike its predecessor, the Byte app is in no way affiliated with Twitter – it is an independent platform that operates solely on its own.
The only similarity between Vine and the Byte app is that it was authored by the same person – Dom Hofmann!

According to Influencer Marketing Hub, on the launch of the Byte app, it got about 1.3 million downloads, with 70% of the downloads (about 912k) coming from the United States alone.
The app has already been listed on the Android and iOS Playstore giving creators the leisure to post short 6-second looping clips on the platform for its users. But unfortunately, the Byte app is not available for all regions yet, but today, I’m going to show you exactly how to install Byte if it isn’t available in your region.
