SUMMARY
This middle child A-series smartphone has been available since March 2019. The A50, although planned as a budget phone, is packed with qualities and features of a flagship such as the 25MP front-facing camera, the 4000mAh battery and lots more.
Thanks to its curved back and light build, the phone truly casts a spell on the user. It has its typical A-series display which consists of the infinity V-display, housing the camera on the top of the display and a little chin at the bottom, making it nearly an edge-to-edge display.
It has a 3D Glasstic back panel as Samsung calls it. The back has a glossy finish and is made of polycarbonate. The side of the phone is also made of polycarbonate since the volume rockers and power button are placed on the right side and the SIM card tray is located on the left side
At the bottom, you will find the USB-C charging port, the headphone jack, and the speaker.
The Display of the Galaxy A50 is indeed a star. The screen is bright and vibrant with deep blacks and good viewing angles. Although it is an infinity v- display, what really makes it stand out is the fingerprint sensor embedded into the display. Other than that, the Galaxy A50 also has a fast Face Unlock.
The Samsung Galaxy A50 is driven by an Exynos 9610 Octa-core chipset. It also comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
On the software, the Galaxy A50 runs Android 9.0 Pie.
Samsung has also added a night mode. The Galaxy A50 ram is well optimized and can run multiple apps in the background
CAMERA
Samsung has once again opted for a 25MP primary, accompanied by a 5MP depth sensor camera and an 8MP wide-angle camera. There is also a 25MP front-facing camera for those selfie lovers.
